Confused! Was asked to send documents to Sydney

Hi everyone,

So I submitted my application last month but the FBI PCC was not ready so I sent a case enquiry, uploading a scanned copy of the certificate. I got a mail today asking me to send the original copy to Sydney? IS this the norm? I am kind of confused.
Anybody else with his experience?

Check if they meant Sydney, Nova Scotia. That would be normal.

Clearly Australia.

This isn't the norm. Others have reported submitting missing documents online via CSE and those have been updated on their profile successfully as well.

That was what I did too and I was very surprised to receive this email asking me to send the original copy to the Canadian office in Australia.
What do you think could be happening?

Honestly, not sure at all. If they've asked you to do something, there are only 2 courses of action - Do as they say or ask for clarification.
