It's confusing situation for me. I had applied for my PGWP in August 2022 before my study permit expired. Now my study permit has expired and my agent told me to restore my status as a student and apply for new study permit. My concern is that is it OK to apply for new study permit while my PGWP file is in process?

when did you graduate? As long as you applied for PGWP before your study permit expired you are fine.

In August 2022, On 27th August I have applied for PGWP and my study permit expired on 30th September.

Just clarifying you got proof of graduation from your school! in August 2022? Sometimes there is a delay between end of classes and proof of graduation.

Yes, after getting all my documents from school I have applied for PGWP
