Hi All
Hope you can help as I'm really confused and don't want to break any rules!!
My husband is Canadian and I am British, I have been staying in Canada since Mar 14 as visitor.
After we visited UK in Sept 14 I was given a Visitor Record vaild until Mar 15.
Outland PR application was sent Jan 15.
We went on a family holiday in Jan 15 and when we returned the CBSA guy just stamped my folded up VR. (I had shown him my receipt from CIC)
Now I don't know if i need to extend my VR or if I'm ok for 6 months?
My PR won't be complete in 6 months so wondering whether I should just extend now and be secure?
Any advice appreciated!
