Hi everyone! I just wanna ask if it is stated in the document checklist to send the documents in the format of "COPIES" do I have to notarized it? Certified True Copy or Photo copy will do?

Unless it is directly stated that original copies are needed, photocopies will do. Some forms may need to be notarized (such as the Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union IMM 5409)
Note that there are some country-specific requirements/documents - run through the Instruction Guide http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5256ETOC.asp and see if it applies to you.
Check the embassy website or VAC websites where you are applying to make sure you have all doc requirements.

Hi!

another question, Since me and my husband are not in good terms anymore do I need to include him to my family members since that we are not legally separated? can I just put my son then tell them that we are separated but not legally separated?
