Confused in this question REGARDING permanent residence

hey folks,
I need to know if a person is on driving job n he is traveling to U.S by road 6 times a month (spending 3 days in U.S everytime) n even on passport they r not stamping while entering U.S n not even while coming to Canada .So does this effect on residence time period or not.

If you are are not in Canada in the 24 hours from 00:00 to 00:00 on any day, you can not count that as a residency obligation day. So, yes, it will have an effect on your residency obligation requirements.
