****** CONFUSED - IMM5475E or IMM5476E ????

Hi Experts,

I am applying for super visa for my parents. I would like to communicate with CIC on my behalf of my parents. I have following questions:

1. Shall I fill IMM5475E or IMM5476E ?
2. Is it ok if I fill both forms - to be on safer side ?

Hi,

You must complete form IMM5476E (Use of a Representative).... and not IMM5475E.

IMM5476E will allow you to represent your parents.

IMM5475E will allow personal information to be released to you + give you status updates.... but if you complete IMM5475E then you cannot represent your parents
