Confused for lmia/PNP

Right now I am in Saskatchwan.

I have applied closed work permit with lmia for position retail sales clerk...NOC 6421.

I had 2 questions..

1) There should be same position for sinp, which was in Lmia...or there can be different positions on Lmia & Sinp ?

2) If I receive my closed Lmia work permit...In which stream I will apply for sinp for Noc 6421.

For SINP, your only option is skilled worker with existing work permit. You are not eligible until you have worked in the province for several months. Your employer will need to be approved with a JAL.
