CONFUSED - EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE

Hello people,

So I just submitted my profile in express entry. I did it step by step. I have a valid job offer, Ielts and education in BC. So after submitting my application. I received a message because I received a message instantly. It said that I am ineligible. I do not understand. Is that just an automated message for everyone and they will let me know my score in some days?

Please let me know. I am super confused.

Hello guys, I am also confused and have a question.
I applied for a work permit over a representative and in november I received a request for passport, but was never asked to give biometrics? Did anyone had similar situation?
