Confused between 4011 or 4021?

I have a problem with selection of NOC between 4021 and 4011.
Im a Ph.D holder in Microbiology. I’m currently working as a full time employee in an autonomous College and it is affiliated to University, but the college has vocational courses and I teach these vocational students Microbiology which is a subject of undergraduate program which is the suitable NOC CODE 4011 or 4021

In your work experience letter what will the letterhead say? University or college? Also, whoever signs it, will they say they work for the University or for the college? It sounds to me that 4021 should be a good match to you, but it depends on exactly who are you working for (legally speaking, in your contract, pay stubs and such).
