I am in process of filling the citizenship application and came across below questions.

Landed in Canada 2011 Jan.

From Jan 2011 to Dec 2011 ......Lived in Vancouver .... first 3 months no job, rest 9 months worked in a bank.

In Jan 2012 got a job related to my area ( IT Consultant )..Job in Calgary as a contractor for 6 months. Since then my client extending me for every 6 months.

So From Jan 2012 to till date I am in Calgary......

My family and all my relatives in Vancouver .....So i travel frequently to Vancouver.

My plan is to go back to Vancouver permanently once my present contract finish ( In June 2014 , no more extentions)............as i always want to go back to Vancouver, i didn't apply for Alberta health card..........I only carrying BC health card from past 3years.

1 .Can I wring in my application Home Address Calgary & Mailing address Vancouver ? as I am frequent traveler between these two addresses

2. In Case I get a RQ, am in trouble by providing them BC health card reports for all 3 years, even though i lived in Alberta most of the time ?

Please help .....Thank You

CIC asks for a residential address and a mailing address. What do you consider your residential address? Anything out of the ordinary might land you an RQ or not.

Nobody can predict what CIC will do. Were you only visiting the doctor when you went back to BC? Or did you get some kind of term certificate from BC allowing you to use their health card while you were working in Alberta?
