My wife who is not a PR holder is applying for a visitor visa and we are really confused what should she upload here as a proof of relationship?
You must provide proof of your relationship with your host or family member. This can include:
a marriage certificate
Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM5409)
a birth certificate
an official document naming you as a parent
a copy of the inside back cover of the inviter's passport showing the inviter's parents, if applicable
She is trying to obtain a visitor visa for herself and would be traveling alone as a tourist to Canada for a couple of weeks during Christmas holidays.
Although I am a PR holder, however have lived and worked in the UAE since my landing trip to Canada that was made in early 2016 for just a couple of weeks.
Kindly suggest.
