.If a Masters program and PG takes the same time then where is the difference?
.Which is better?
.I was planning to study Mechanical Engineering Technology, will it be helpful?
.The possibility of work is very important to me not the emigration and those jazz.
.Will they accept documents that are xerox and attested?

A Master's degree is generally highly valued by Canadian employers. A PG is not valued. A Master's is far better.

Just make sure that the college is on the approved list for OCWP and later on a PGWP should you want one.

Thank you both for your replies.

I have been talkin to people and they agree with you.
But they also mention that given 1 year of education and a year in pratical training sometimes they prepare PG diploma more.Is it true?

Is there a possibility that I do one year in PG diploma then move to university masters?
My biggest issue is the money.

Yes Masters is better than Diploma. I have never been to Canada, but I'm planning for it in Sept 14.

But there are various factors which determine?

1. The cost of fees involved in it? Masters involve more fees than Pg diploma.
2. Also It all depends on the grades, More or less 55 % and less are not entertained by Universities for masters, but that is not the case for PG Diplomas.
3. While choosing University, be careful and try and search for a good one, in terms of course, employers interest, and whether it any co-op options ot not . eg. some universities offer some weeks work placement program.
4. If planning for diploma, choose college wisely, according to the course interest.
5. Almost all colleges have same fees for a particular course. except for colleges like Seneca or George Brown.
6. Plan out properly, as some colleges are also equally in par of some universities. eg George Brown, Red River, Seneca in terms if education and employers interest. ( note - Its on you how you do your R & D and find job for you. you will find many bad reviews about these colleges but its on you how you focus and find job for yourself.)
7. Don't depend on part time jobs for second year fees payment. You will fall on your face when you will be there and see ground reality)
8. If planning for PGWP (3 years), you can also do two PG diplomas consecutively, which can fetch you 3 years PGWP.
9. Be smart in choosing your career, coz there are many factors which determine your existence and job prospects over there in Canada.

Be smart and think positive, you will go very far in life.

All the best

Regards
William
