Hi,

The question and guide asked to put details if I was out of the country.

So it goes like this:

My employer sent to UK for 5 months with whom I am working since 2013. How can I put this info as it was the part of my current employment!

Also, please check in the background declaration form, I could not find UK or UNITED KINGDOM in the country dropdown.

Thanks in advance

When I did mine, I did not worry itemizing things during my employment even if there were times I had to go out of the country. For example, I put it like:

2013-02 to present ------ Network Engineer ------- Citizen ------- ABC Corp.
2013-01 to 2013-02 ----- Unemployed ------------- Citizen ------- N/A
2011-04 to 2013-01 ----- Sys Admin --------------- Citizen ------- XYZ Inc.

..... and so forth.

Ok. So in that case, I have to write my employment like this:

2014-01 till prsent : ABC EMPLOYER AGAIN IN HOME COUNTRY
2013-01 to 2014-01: ABC EMPLOYED BY DIFFRENT COUNTRY AND STATUS
2012-01 to 2013-01: ABC EMPLOYER IN HOME COUNTRY

Please correct me if I am wrong.

If you would really like to show the 5 months time frame you were in UK as you were sent there by the same employer, just do so. If you were sent back to the same location later on and you accumulated over 6 months stay, then you will probably be asked later on to provide PCC.

Since UK is an island nation in northwestern Europe, you may select in the drop-down menu which island you went to.

If you were in England for 5 months, by all means, you must select England :)
