Even if it is with your spouse, you will have to show a signed authority letter by your spouse, allowing you to use that money whenever you need it.

thabks bro ! source of money is my acc (wit my name)) but 2015i transfer to my dad as joint acc as it safer,, now i get ita so if i get gift deed after ita is it misrepresent ?? But can proof transaction !jpv2212 said:I guess you are asking about the 'source' of that money. Right?
Well, for this, one option is you make a gift deed from your father.
second option, include with your application the pay stubs/salary slips, income earn & income tax paid per year (Form 16 in case you are from India). It can prove that you have been earning those money.
Don't forget to attach statements of bank account for last 6 months. It also can prove that this money was transferred to your account as a salary.

If you show gift deed from your father, then it would not be a misrepresentation. You can do this.
I've also heard but not sure that if you make gift deed from father/mother then you don't need to show the source of that fund.
However, please make sure if it's true.
Hope it helps.
I think time of getting gift-deed done doesn't matter. You could do it post-ITA. You should be good to go.noyoucant said:thanks bro ! ok just in case i willshow
(1) gift deed from parnt
(2) source of fund((my acc)
(3) affidavit ?
(4) six months statement as money in joint is un touched
correct ?
