Confused about payment

In document checklist there are two check box relating to payment:
6 Fee payment Form
11 Fee payment

I'm going to make payment using my Credit card:
Do i need to fill only Fee payment Application only
or i need something else?
Whats a difference between 6 and 11 options in Checklist form?

6 is for confirmong the form is attached

11 is for confirming that payment is attached in form of draft etc. But they have mentioned the CC payment there also

For you, please check both boxes and fill the payment form with CC details

So does it mean that i do not need to make payment?
i just need to have sufficient funds on credit card
and CIC will charge me if my application is accepted
