I am applying for a study permit to study in Canada, I started the online application but I noticed that the documents required are different from those required by the VAC office (The VAC requires an additional letter of motivation, a birth certificate a police conduct certificate).
Has anyone of you had a similar situation?
Can I include the additional documents under "Letter of Explanation" ?
