I've tried to figure out what the NOC code for my previous role was, but I'm so confused. These were my duties in a logistical supply and packaging company:
Name: Equipment Operator / Automated Equipment Operator
Overview:
To support the daily operations by way of clearing system faults (technical or operational), identifying areas for improvement, and monitoring cases throughout using system reports and dialogs.

To support the daily operations by way of clearing system faults (technical or operational), identifying areas for improvement, and monitoring cases throughout using system reports and dialogs.
- Clear machine faults in a timely and efficient manner using logic
- Respect established procedures and policies
- Adhere to established fault escalation procedures
- Return all products/cases outside of automation to designated areas
- Regularly sweep floors, remove dust from and underneath equipment and panels
- System performance monitoring and operational status awareness
- Look for areas of improvement
- Escalation of repetitive faults
- Use proper reports and camera angles depending on the job position
- Provide feedback of system performance at hand over meetings
- Complete the various checklists provided
- Attend regularly scheduled improvement meetings (rotational basis)
- Regularly refer to TS-Procedures in our TS-Cluster for a refresh on work procedures relating to your job function
