Confused about NOC code

I have graduated with Masters degree. But I dint have any professional experience so found it hard to find the first job. Now I have been working as a software tester for over a year. I was looking for NOC code matching my job duties. It looks like NOC 2283 matches my job duties. But it requires a college diploma. Will it be a negative thing in my profile that after doing masters I am doing a job which just requires a college diploma? :-[ :-[

They are just requirements as per Canadian education/work standards.
Match your job duties with the closest NOC. Ignore the rest.
