I am seeking your help to identify an NOC that suits my current job. I am employed by a Telecommunication company and my title is Sr. Client Service Representative/ National Wholesale Account. I have mentioned by Job duties below for your reference.
As per my understanding the noc code should be 6221 but my duties do not focus too much on sales part
Title : Sr. Client Service Representative/ National Wholesale Account
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Assist in managing the entire Agreement and the related process related to all the National Licensed operators in the country and making sure it is conducted to the best interest
2. Update Customer’s profile & prepare sales activity reports
3. Executes all necessary steps for completing customer RFI and RFPs by interfacing with product management, sales support and Carrier solutions support etc.
4. Process customers orders thru CRM system & proactively interacts with all related sections (especially Service Delivery Management) to ensure smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customer requirements
5. Provides thorough after-sales services and proficiently handles problems.
6. Ensures complete processing of all customer inquiries, orders & complaints received by carriers/ partners.
7. Maintaining records of all customers’ orders and related correspondence
8. Performs any other related duties as required.
