I have canadian degree and applied for work permit inside canada, from home country, thinking that I will be back on time but due to some circumstances I could not come back while my work permit approved and arrive in my old place in Canada. My visa also expired.
1 - Now I am lost which visa to apply, to come back to canada. If I select work on the online application it will take me to page with "Application for work permit outside canada".
2 - If i apply for visitor visa, will I be able to work? Do I have to declare myself at the port of entry about my work permit? please advise.
We dont have an embassy here to enquire, and VFS have no answer.
