Confuse about fees (RPRF)

Hello Guys,

I have tried to find out thru' previous topics but couldn't able to find out that when should I send CAD 490 ?

Do I need to send it with my main application or do I need to wait for RPRF+Medicals+Passport?

As I can see your visa office is New Delhi. Then you send RPRF along with the full application which is better or you can send it when medical request will come.

I have already sent my full application to New Delhi, so I guess I need to wait for Medical now. Do you how much time it will take from now?
