I have got ITA under express entry system. I have mentioned my wife as non-accompanying partner in the file as she is already a Canadian PR residing over there. We are not on speaking terms from last few months. We haven't Divorced or Legally separated yet. So, technically my marital status is still "Married." Moreover whatever documents related to my wife, CIC has asked me to upload, I do have those documents. Shall I proceed to upload those documents in hand and proceed with my PR Application? What adverse effects our conflict can impose on my PR Application? Will CIC contact my wife before making any decision on my PR Application? It is a very long and uncertain procedure to get divorce in my country of residence India and waiting for divorce will mean expiry of Invitation. Please Help!

Since you have already mentioned her as non-accompanying, I think you should just go ahead and upload all the required documents.
She is not sponsoring you, nor are you hoping to gain points from your marriage to/relationship with her - so there will be no problem and CIC will not contact her nor base any decision on your application on her (unless there is an issue in the documents you uploaded - such as her police clearance certificates or medical).

If you do legally separate or divorce before receiving your CoPR, you will be required to inform CIC via case sepcific enquiry - that's all.
