I want to know about two rules , First one is'' your study permit remains valid only until 3 months of official completion of study from college / university, after 3 moths it becomes invalid .''
Second rule is '' you have 180 days after graduation to apply PGWP ''.
So here my question is suppose if person who applied for study permit extension before expiry date of study permit and currently on implied status ,as well graduated from college , waiting for SP extension and if the person will receive SP extension when 3 months after graduation already passed. So which rule will apply on this person because his study permit will become invalid because after completion of study 3 months passed in waiting of SP extension , how he will apply for PGWP with that invalid study permit if IRCC saying you have 180 days after graduation to apply for PGWP but you must hold a valid study permit at some point to apply for PGWP.
