I would like to confirm one thing and that is at what stage if you get refusal you get your money back?
is it at the initial application stage or at the full application stage?

after you send in the full application to the visa office, they do another check before they start processing your application. If you get rejected before processing starts, then you'd get your money back.

As shibuya says in one of the threads in this forum, pls confirm if the new list of NOC comes, will it be applied for all applns made after 01 June 2010??? pls guide since i m going to apply on June 21st under 0213 NOC ... is 0213 NOC really going to be on the removal radar of CIC ... pls guide

New Changes in Canadian Immigration Rules


The Canadian government is modifying its rules for immigration that is for those submit an application for a Canadian visa. These changes could easily be sub divided into 2 categories.
