Confirmation of PR send by Ircc on my email Id but have not received

Hello

I have contacted IRCC and they have confirmed that they have sent a confirmation email to my email but for some reason I have not received.

Can someone tell me what could be the reason? I have requested ircc to resend that email. I am worried what if I don’t receive it again. Any suggestions?
