Confirmation of nomination letter from Ontario

Hello All

I recieved the nomination from Ontario on Feb 14, 2017 and I have accepted the same

The physical letter that I recieved at my residential address states Nomination name as "Unknown Vishwanath". I have maintained my name as Vishwanath everywhere and also as per the passport its Vishwanath.

Though I have replied back to Ontario regarding this, just wanted to know from experts in this forum whether anyone of you have faced this kind of issue. Is it really a matter of concern or its just ok to go ahead with the existing one.

1. If you use only one name and only that name appears in your passport, then you are fine.
