confirmation of my application

iwant to confirm whether they{cpc-m} received my application
i know some one signed my package upon delivery but still not sure whether that guy is agent
so how can i confirm that cpc-m received my application?
to call the call centre or?

Until your sponsorship is approved unfortunatly you won't know.
But if someone signed for it. they have it.
