CONFIRMATION OF DEPARTURE AND DEPARTURE ORDER????ARC??

I got an email requesting me to do an ARC. On the ARC form its says to attach a copy of confirmation of departure and departure order which I do not have. So any one with information of how to obtain a copy of the confirmation of departure and the departure order please share. Thank you

You need to apply for a Replacement of an Immigration document if you want a copy of your departure order:

For the confirmation of departure - do you have anything that proves you left the country?

Are u an ex-refugge? Can u tell what questions did u have at the interview?

Im in the same case but i have ny departure order...i never received a certificate of departure thought. On the day of my removal i received a envelope with the travel documents and the tickets which immigration payed for me and i signed it with the immigration officer present but i never received anything else...are the travel documents and the tickets a valid confirmation of departure ??
