Hello all, I tried to raise webform for sowp being representative of my wife after submission it asks to confirm the email of mine and dob of my wife given, so i got confuse and re enter my wife’s email and submit. Will there be any problem? Auto response has arrived in minutes of submitting.

If its email only its good, you can have same one. Me and my spouse has the same one throughout.
