Hi everyone, am really confused now and I don't know what to do, I was leaving with this woman since 2011and we are leaving in a common law relationship which says at least one year during the process we got married and we filling in for permanent residency here in Canada which was ending of 2012, I got my My pr card may 2013 we still get along but no children, but she had two kids before I met her which is fine by me?
Also she is mental unstable now she is tired of me, we argue allots, but she kicked me out of her place few month ago she is treating to deport me to my county, does she have the right to deport me base on the new law

Does your CORP have Condition 51 on it?

It really depends on whether or not your application for PR was submitted before or after Oct 25, 2012.

Assuming you are under Condition 51, and you said you got your PR card in May 2013. Taken literally, that would mean you landed 7-8 weeks prior to that, say March 2013 (i realize that's a big assumption). If true however, she doesn't have much time on her side. HOLD your breathe for another month and see what happens.

She can't deport you then. Unless she has some proof you married her only to get PR, which I doubt she has.
