Conditions on PR under SINP

Hi all,

I have a question regarding PR under SINP. After you get your PR with SINP, for how long you have to live in Saskatchewan before you are eligible to live and work elsewhere in Canada? Or is there any set period of time for which you can't live anywhere except Sask. after PR? I will very much appreciate if anybody could shed some light on it, a link to provincial/ federal government webpage stating this information will be great!
