Hi everybody I need help please!

I landed here in Canada almost two years now under the a conditional pr, I lived with my spouse for a year and 7 months before she asked me that she wants to end the marriage because she is not happy anymore. she wanted to separate which happened. I wanted to stay with her but she refused. I tried my best. now I live alone and in a month we will finish our two years. we are planing to go to court in this summer to end our marriage. I am asking if my pr will be revoked. and how i can defend myself if my sponsor decided that and we are in a great relationship. I left everything for her and I have a job now. my marriage is genuine no question. what are my rights here ?

Thank you

Just to clarify more, there was no abuse or cheating in my relationship. It's just my sponsor thought she is not happy or we are not happy which is her right. what it doesn't make sense to me is the risk of of losing my job my wife and future plans and all that time and money invested on the process and my sacrifices leaving my country and everything for her. we are in a good relationship now. I read about other laws like the USA and it says that if the marriage is genuine and it did broke down during the conditional period then it doesn't affect the pr which makes total sense. Reading about the Canadian law nothing is clear! it seems like all your destiny for the first two years is under your spouse which doesn't make sense!! I didn't choose to end my marriage how I can be reasonable about such decision?!

Someone reply please!
