My sister received a conditional offer of admission along with a letter of acceptance for international students (LAIS) from Ryerson University. The conditions mentioned on the offer are:
- the completion of the courses she's currently enrolled in back home
- providing transcripts from her high school
- providing IELTS results
We have already sent her IELTS results to university, and are in the process of sending her high school transcripts. However, the results of the courses she's currently enrolled in will not be read before the end of this semester. The issue is that she is applying from Qatar and the processing time at the Abu Dhabi office is currently 12 weeks! We are worried that she will miss the start in the fall of 2017. Can she apply for the study permit with her conditional offer BEFORE receiving the results from her current courses?
