This is a volunteer forum. If you need a rapid response hire an immigration lawyer. When are you expected to receive your grades for your final semester which I assume may have already ended or is ending soon?
Yes, it will end in June and I will get all the necessary documents in the first week of July, also i have enquired from many students we can apply without 8th semester result and submit all the documents to the university once issued which is before 31st august which i will do comfortably
Did they all have conditional offers? From what I remember many offers are conditional just in case something disastrous happens in the last semester. Would probably apply now and would attach a note about when you expect to receive your final grades and that you will submit them via webform when available if your application is still being processed. IRCC is not typically worried about grad students wanting to attend reputable universities.
