I am apply for study permit to canada from Malaysia where documents will go to Singapore for decision
My issue is that I don’t have my certificate and one semester transcript as i am currently doing my degree. There are some universities which are ready to accept me on condition to provide cert and transcripts before registration.
Can i apply for study permit with this conditional offer letter????
Please suggest me more university that give conditional acceptance.
