Concordia Jan 2015 Backlog issue

Hey guys I have applied for masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering in Concordia University for Jan 2015 semester. The problem is that they have asked me to submit a detailed academic summary showing all backlogs and number of attempts to clear them. Obviously they found I have failed subjects because my transcripts were not in order. I had 10 backlogs in my degree which is 62% and completed within 4 years. I got the backlogs summary certificate from my institution but am I wasting my time with all this? I am seriously downbeat about my chances now

X - 87.4%
XII - 89.6%
BTech - 62%
IELTS - 8.5 bands

10 is way too many backlogs, from what ive heard you cannot have more than 4 backlogs in total
