concerns about our case

There are several things in our case make me feel a bit worried. As we got SA and Application received acknowledgement of local visa office, we are waiting for their processing. I'd like to keep my mind open and see what documents i can send in to further assist our case processing. hopefully it will be approved soon...
Concern 1: my sponsor was on social welfare for a couple months, after he cancelled it/withdraw his file with them, he got paper work from social welfare office, we sent it in together with his job contract and pay stubs, bank records, we also wrote an explain letter to CIC to let them know why and in what situation did my sponsor applied social welfare. We got SA, but still part of me worry this issue may come back to us at our stage two processing... lately he started his current job with better payment and bigger company. I do plan to send in his current contract and pay stubs to CIC. Hopefully that will be helpful.

Concern 2: we knew each other through online forum discussion, and dated each other from being friends to couples. we have many emails and chat records, travel photos to prove our relationship development. After knowing each other for 7 months we got married in Canada. His family and friends attended our wedding, as my dad has serious health issue, my parents didnt manage to. Would such absence be an issue? although we did spend our marriage holidays living with my parents and celebrating with them later.

What do you guys think? Am i worrying too much?

You already have Sponsor Approval. It is not likely they will go back to check on his welfare status again, especially since you provided a letter of clearance from the welfare office to prove he was no longer receiving welfare. You can provide new job information, but it's not necessary. I would hold off on that unless they specifically ask for it.

As far as your relationship development and such with your spouse, I guess it would depend on how well you clarified your timeline for CIC. If you were very clear and concise and provided a fair amount of information regarding the ongoing nature of the relationship along with other proofs such joint accounts and all that happy stuff I think you'll be fine and are over thinking the process. The good side of this process, if there is one to be had, is they won't just deny your application based on relationship grounds without first giving you the opportunity to address those concerns by providing more documentation or even an interview. Try to relax a bit and wait and see what happens. I know it's not easy, been there, but try none the less.
