Concerning Second Certificate for Education

Hi All,

I am in the pool with 416 points with max score in IELTS except speaking, but even maxing that will yield me 3 points, so not going for re-evaluation or re-exam yet.

I checked and my best bet to increase the score is to either get a Master's degree or a second certificate (I have a Bachelor or Technology so I got points for 3 years or more program). My question is, what are the options for the second certificate to do it in minimum amount of time

I am in Belgium for at least one more year and can do a course here as well.

Any suggestions for such courses ?

I am also waiting/hoping to get OINP NOI in the meanwhile.

I have selected all province in my application, OINP seems to be difficult looking at current trends, any other PNP I should look at ?

If your CRS is 430+ then OINP will nominate you else you will have to apply SINP.
