I am from India and have worked in a private bank in uganda for almost 10 months during 2015-16. The bank got recently taken over as the management was fraudulent and was terminated by Bank of Uganda. Even, I was not given the legal work permit and was made to work on special passes They took our passports (passports of all the expats) in their custody and never released it to us. Finally, when i realised that they are not going to have me a legal work permit, I took a few days leave and never returned and within 6 months the management got terminated and the owner was put behind bars. Now I am planning to create an express entry profile but i would require PCC for uganda and I know that it wont be issued as I was working there without legal work permit and now even the bank is taken over by some other private bank. So, shall i conceal the travel history?? What shall I do?? Pls guide

You can get the PCC from Uganda even if you lived there illegally, if they refuse then you can then use this refusal instead of the PCC but *never *ever* think lying about where you lived before and it's a stupid mistake if it's just for convenience as in your case.
If you apply without disclosing your stay in Uganda, the officer will eventually request details for this period and ask for evidence of your activities such as work, study or being in jail. They already know more than you think, especially when it comes to international travel.

Those special passes were stamped on the passport ?
I don't think you should have any problem getting PCC as you have lived for more than 10 months there .
Check out with private agencies offering Uganda PCC services .
And , never lie about your travel history , if IRCC ever finds out , you might land into trouble .
