I just have this concern and hoping for your comments:
The qualification for CEC is when the skilled worker had 2 years of full time (at least 37.5 hours a week) work experience under NOC A, O or B and that the work was done with valid work permit authorization.
What if the WP issued is for one (1) year and renewed for another year, but there were about three (3) months of work that is under IMPLIED STATUS as still waiting for the renewed WP which was applied prior to expiry of the existing, do we include the said 3 months to the computation of 2 years valid work experience? Or 2 years plus 3 months?
