I have lived in Ontario, Canada as a Canadian Permanent Resident for the past 3 years and 2 months. i just applied for my Canadian citizenship in April, 2012.
Moreover, I just received my acknowledgement letter from Citizenship
and Immigration Canada(CIC) stating that my Canadian Citizenship
application was received.

The problem is that I might be moving to Alberta because I might get a
job in Alberta.

The CIC website states that they need to know the address of any
person whose Canadian citizenship application is in-process.

May I please know what complications for my Canadian Citizenship application that is still in-process when I move permanently to Alberta? In other words, what complications occur if we move permanently from one province to another if our Canadian Citizenship application is still in process when we make our permanent move?

As long as you did not apply under a Provincial Nominee Programme you can live anywhere you wish in Canada. Congratulations on your new job. Just let CIC know of your updated address.

The only complication that could arrive is that if you move at a time they have already send your file to the local office, they might want you to appear for the test/oath in Ontario. I have no idea how much it would delay the file to get it moved to Alberta. With the speed of things, it would probably be faster and less stressful just to fly to Ontario for the occasion but your file is probably not that far along that this will be an issue. Just let them know as soon as you move.
