I am going to apply for EE from the U.K. here is the issue.

If I apply for a EE and don’t get approved, will then applying for a working holiday visa be affected by the fact that I applied to immigrate to Canada in the first place.

I want to remove the hassle of coming there first on a working holiday and avoid all the complications from applying for EE after with the bridge visas.

Will it affect my working holiday visa application if I had applied to EE but rejected?

No - no impact.
