I sent full docs to Buffallo under FSW NOC class 3112 on May 3rd and they received it on May 5th, which was actually the last day of 3 months period. My wife is going back to my home country by the end of this month. We have not received a second AOR or any response from Bufallo yet (as expected). Our concern is, if my wife goes back to our home country... then how can see keep-up with further procedures such as medicals, interview (if any) here in Bufallo (although I will be here in the USA)? Is there any kind of way that she can complete her medicals despite of not having any medical request from Bufallo before she leave USA and submit to Bufallo? Or she can seperately complete her medical back home and submit to Bufallo or visa office of our home country? Plz advise us..........
