Hello everyone! I don't really have much information but I'm going to use this post to provide timelines and updates to those who are in similar situations, as this is a really stressful process for many of us.
I had just finished an undergraduate degree and I'm now applying for my PGWP. My case is quite complicated since I was part-time in one semester (due to mental and physical health issues) which led to probation, and then absent for 1 and a half semesters because I had to have brain surgeries right in the middle.
The good/positive part is: I have documents from the doctors supporting the health issues in both incidents; documents about my school being aware of the situation and acknowledged my leave; I was able to finish my 4-year-program on time while receiving dean's list nominations 3 terms in a roll.
I am having an immigration lawyer to help me submit my documents and letter of explanation.
I know everyone's experience is different, but do you guys have any suggestions or just your own experiences that you think could be helpful for me to know?
