Hi
I am provincial nominee living in Manitoba. Now my work permit is going to expire on august 1. I am going to apply for a new one. Cic has told me that i need provincial nominee certificate, job offer letter and suport letter from the province. Province said we give you support letter only when u provide us job letter and employer has to register in WRAPA registration Manitoba. My question is do my employer need to pay compliance fees to CIC according to new rules or there is exception for provincial nominees? As we are exempt from submitting LMIA exempt form for work permit application. I am applyimg for bonded work permit because i have not recieved my file number from CIC as i have applied for permanent residency under provincial nominee program. So please tell me if my employer need to pay compliance fees or no and just Wrapa registration is fine?
Thanks!
