Completing of 2 years of study and visit Home country During work ?

Hello
I want to ask Experts that i complete my 2 years graduation and then i work in skilled job.I want to ask experts that during work i visit my home country .
will it effect my PR ( permenent residance ) process or not
Because after 1 year skilled job i will apply for PR ( Permenent Residance )
