mail it , just sign as 31 Dec now and send and make sure it received before Jan.1 2015 . I don't think they will calculate such minors.

if they do calculate, they will return your application, not reject. you still get all your doc .

you have no loss.

for EE, just one question: do you have a permanent job with LMO/LMIA . if you do have. you can try EE with good chance. if not.

you definitely should send mail now to try the maybe last chance for CEC.



if all of above failed. don't be panic. you can try PNP . ( PNP is expensive in Ontario , CA$2000 about 1.5 year , different materials) .

Actually I dont have LMIO Approved job offer letter but i am biy confused as it could be the case of mis interpretetion on me if they find that i sent the application on 29 or 30 claiming exp. till 31 dec. Letter will surely reach there by 31 dec only....

ok, if you worry they said you supply fake material , some doc signed before happen.

there would be only one way for you to try current CEC.

submit all your doc without reference letter, so your case received before Jan .1 2015.

then mail your reference letter later.

or at the beginning, including an reference letter without date.

then mail your updated reference letter later with date and apologize for the ignorance .


or if you are very very honest.

send your application with reference letter without date and an explanation letter why you can't sign the reference letter, and will send an updated one with date later.


all of them is just to make sure your case received before Jan .1 2015.

there is no policy preventing us from updating doc after Jan.1 2015.

so I think it is doable.

I also have to date and sign all the forms, if I put the date of 29 28 on them that would be wrong totally they will say your exp. is not complete as the day you signed documents.

I just have one option of sending the file on 29/30 with 31 date on it but it has risk of being caught as fake documents.

I think other doc can be signed before 31 dec, they needn't be in same day .

the caught chance it low, and only if they keep the envelope .

CIC did keep the envelop. when my friend withdrew her application, everything was returned , including the envelop. Just for your info

How do you plan to claim experience for the time you have not worked yet ? What happens if you get fired on the 29 ? You will be misrepresenting yourself as the application will be mailed before the date you are claiming experience .

You cannot drop it in person as in not open for the public.

Just a question, where is the information that says it's not open to the public? any official information confirms that personal delivery is not accepted? I didn't see it on CIC website. I see no difference between courier delivery and personal drop.
Ok let's back up a little. EVEN IF it's true, nothing prevents you from flying to Sydney to hand over to DHL/UPS guys there and ask them to make the delivery for you! does it make any sense? EE seems pretty uncertain to many applicants, I think it's worth it to take a flight in person before 31th!

A few times each year we have forum members who try to drop applications off in person only to find out it's impossible to do so. Only couriers are allowed into the building to make the courier drop off. If you're not a courier, you can't get into the building to make the drop off.

I will be completing 52 weeks of work exp. on 28-Dec-2014.

1. If I send the documents via Fedex, they can deliver on 31-Dec-2014 before 05:00 PM as per the priority delivery. Is that acceptable ?

Pls mail it on 31 dec , to the best of my knowledge they only count the date from which you send it , worst ase scenario , they will return your file , no money will be charged , best case scenario your file gets going , and try counting , maybe your 365 days gets completed on 30th december

yes if it is received before office hours !!

and also you can try with dhl or purolater with next day service
