Completing Experience on 31 Dec 2014 !! Please help !!

Hi Guys,

I am completing my 1 year experience on 31 Dec 2014 in NOC Class B. I would like to know from you guys in any case can i apply under current CEC program . I want to avoid the confusion and LMIO processing in express entry also its confusing. Please help me with this regards and please give me suggestions.

I can get a post dated letter from employer one or two days before saying 31 Dec 2014.
But I am not sure how can i do all this ?? How much time priority shipping takes to get the letter there.

If in any case i can try to get this done I will be very thankful to you for valuable suggestions !!

You can't sign and submit your application until you have at least one full year of experience. If you are completing your 1 year of experience on December 31st, then you will have to wait until 2015 to submit your application. There's unfortunately no way to submit your application by December 31st.

Thanks for your suggestion but I was thinking just if I have worked the day of 31 Dec and then the file reach Sydney by end of day will that be exepted or not ?

Even if I go personally or send it through next flight shipping.

Is CEC going to be end by 31-Dec-2014. Could you confirm?

I heard CEC is going to still alive after this date. Can you correct me, if i am wrong?

CEC will have to go through express entry from Jan 1 2015 , which is uncertain and difficult for foreign workers.

i don't think it is possible, If your boss put 31 December on letter and you send the application on 27th or something this it will be caught by CEC and as you send app on 27th....and if u send application on 31 then it will be received on some where in new year at CEC as there is no way courier can deliver on same date so unfortunately it is not possible

Apply under EE, CIC won't accept your application if received after DEC 31' and you cannot claim that experience unti January 1st.

Are you sure we can not claim experience for 31 Dec until 1 Jan.

How do you plan to claim experience for the time you have not worked yet ? What happens if you get fired on the 29 ? You will be misrepresenting yourself as the application will be mailed before the date you are claiming experience .

You cannot drop it in person as in not open for the public.

i don't think you can hand over the file as there is only mail option and are u in Sydney NS or you plan to go there to handover your file ?

you are right we cam only mail the file.

so its almost impossible from me now...

i was not going to send it before but i was thinking to send it via next flight courier same day or go there personally but as u said its not open for public so i would look for express entry next,....

mail it , just sign as 31 Dec now and send and make sure it received before Jan.1 2015 . I don't think they will calculate such minors.

if they do calculate, they will return your application, not reject. you still get all your doc .

you have no loss.

for EE, just one question: do you have a permanent job with LMO/LMIA . if you do have. you can try EE with good chance. if not.

you definitely should send mail now to try the maybe last chance for CEC.



if all of above failed. don't be panic. you can try PNP . ( PNP is expensive in Ontario , CA$2000 about 1.5 year , different materials) .
