Completing Economic Classes Form

I have a simple question.

In the Economic Classes Form, under Section 12b, you are supposed to list your current and previous 'Occupations'.

In the field titled 'Occupation' for each job, are you supposed to enter:

1. The Title of the NOC Category you are applying for, for example 'Financial Manager' for the Category NOC code 0111

or

2: Your actual Job Title, e.g.'Financial Controller'? and then put the NOC code beside it?

Option number 2. Your actual job title and the NOC code under which you gonna apply.
