i just want to ask if your out of status because your wp expired can you cross the border to get your new working permit thei?i have an positive LMO and job offer to my new employer.i read some of the situation is kinda similar to me then they go to the border after that they their working permit their.some people said is risky to do that. hope you can give me advise what to do?
